When ordering only a sample(s), email us at sales@retail4wholesale.com with this form, print and it mail it to the address shown on our info page, or fax it in to us at 623-398-6978. All samples are shipped to you free of charge so that you can see for yourself how much your pet will love this food. All of our own dogs are fed this food in addition to many soft coated wheaten terrier and kerry blue terrier breeders. Be confident in buying from someone who can stand behind the product they feed their own dogs! Please make sure to include your mailing address. The samples will be sent priority mail via the United States Postal Service.
